The Christmas Elf Trail

Embark on a magical journey through Cheltenham's bustling business scene with the enchanting Christmas Elf trail! Commencing on Thursday, November 16th, in sync with the spectacular Christmas Launch event and Light switch on, this festive adventure promises joy and excitement until Monday, January 1st.

Join us in celebrating the season as you explore charming businesses adorned with holiday cheer along the way. Don't miss out on the enchantment – the Christmas Elf trail awaits!

The idea is to incorporate an elf into our Christmas Window displays or build a display around our elf.

This will then form the basis of a fun and free activity for families to draw footfall into the town centre, creating a trail around shopping areas.

Elves will be given a name badge, people will collect the first initials of these names to make up an anagram and complete a trail card, with the chance of winning a Cheltenham Gift Card.

Sixteen cheeky elves will be hiding in windows around Cheltenham town centre. Take the first letter of each elf’s name and solve the festive anagram to be in with a chance of winning a £100 Cheltenham BID gift card.

Whilst in the middle of your elf searches, Karl James has a wonderfully festive range of Christmas Potpourri in a variety of styles. Some can be hung on a tree; others are for table top and they also have large bags that can simply be arranged in a bowl, all supplied by a local supplier.

This Eco-Friendly collection of recycled, food-safe aluminium bowls, coasters and dishes come in either vibrant aqua or classic black. The products are cast, and then enamelled before being beautifully finished with a smooth polish. This Fare Trade product is recycled and comes in a superb plastic-free presentation box, making it a perfect eco-friendly gift for this Christmas.
