Experienced chef, Sam Price, passionately believes that a menu should suit everyone, whatever their requirements. He is bringing this and his philosophy of a menu for all inspired by the earth, land and sea to the prestigious Montpellier Courtyard.
There’s a variety of tasty options inspired by the earth (plant-based), the land (meat), and the sea (fish). The clear signposting on the menu means if you do have allergies, you can make an informed choice.
Sam’s use local produce for their menu wherever possible and is important to them to be as sustainable and seasonal as possible, so you’ll see the menu change with the seasons.
